Job Type: 20 hour per week, on-site
Saltlux US is seeking an Admin Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, expense control and office asset / supply management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Manage financial reports, including the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
• Implement and maintain expense control procedures.
• Track and manage employees’ PTO’s.
• Manage accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
• Provide translations between English and Korean.
• Manage office assets and supplies.
• Provide administrative support to the Goover team, including scheduling meetings and appointments for the Goover team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
ABOUT YOU
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• 2 years or longer of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
