OLHSO Korean BBQ, located in San Mateo, is the vision of a South Korean tech company - SHINSTARR. We will provide a warm dining experience of Korean BBQ together with forward-thinking technology. OLHSO serves the highest quality USDA Prime beef accompanied by a delicious wine list and a portfolio of Korean-inspired cocktails. We are professionals committed to ensuring empathic hospitality and care to our guests.

Kitchen Manager 주방장
Duties & Essential Functions : 주요업무 및 자격조건
- Oversees the operations of the kitchen and back-of-house, ensuring that food is prepared safely, efficiently, and according to specifications or requests.
- Ensures kitchen runs by all applicable health, safety, and hygiene codes and standards.
- Oversees stocking, ordering, and purchasing of ingredients, ensuring that necessary ingredients are available and as fresh as possible while also minimizing spoilage and waste.
- Maintains and inspects kitchen equipment and utensils, recommending repairs or replacements as needed.
- Maximizes profitability of the culinary department by working with the Executive Chef by implementing effective food and labor cost controls, consistently monitoring the budget to ensure efficient operations, and reporting any discrepancies from the budget to the Executive Chef or GM.
- Costs all recipes regularly to ensure profitability targets are achieved
- Establishes line check procedures to ensure DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH compliance multiple times daily; Conduct line checks multiple times per day when on duty to ensure DOH compliance; Address all DOH violations immediately.
- Reviews and approves payroll for Back of House staff; reviews daily time punches for accuracy; addresses time clock abuse (clocking in early or late) via coaching and/or documentation.
- Participates in community events and helps to ensure corporate social responsibility goals of the company are met.

급여: Starting at $70K-80K salary is negotiable.

Head Bartender 헤드바텐더
Requirements 자격조건 :
- Provide enlightened service to every guest.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred (1-2 years).
- Knowledge of POS (point of sales) systems.
- Good understanding of wine, beer, and classic cocktails.
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs).
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods
- Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing is required.
- Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates.
- Must be of legal age according to CA regulations to serve alcohol (21 years).
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in either Korean helps
