한국 교육부가 운영하고 있는 원어민 영어회화 교사 모집 안내 드립니다.
EPIK & TaLK 프로그램은 영어를 가르치면서 한국문화를 체험 할 수 있는 특별한 기회를 제공하는 프로그램 입니다. 현재 2014년 2월 시작되는 원어민교사를 모집하고 있습니다.
모집인원및 자격요건은 아래 사이트와 첨부화일을 참조해 주십시요.
TaLK (Teach English Program in Korea/ Part-time,영어봉사 장학생, 인턴쉽프로그램 )
지원자격: 대학2년 이상(전공과목 불문)의 재학 시민권자 또는 영주권자(Korean American에 한하여)
의무사항: 한국의 농어촌 지방 초등학교 방과후 학교 영어회화 수업 진행 , 주15시간 실시
지원기간: 6개월 또는 1년
혜택 : 입,출국지원금, 월 장학금 (150만원), 정착금 및 숙소제공, 왕복항공권, 한국문화체험등

EPIK (English Program in Korea /Full-time 정규영어회화교사 ) :
지원자격: 4년제 대학 졸업자 이상 (전공과목 불문)의 시민자 또는 영주권자(Korean American에 한하여)
의무사항: 한국의 초,중등,고둥학교 영어회화 수업 진행 , 주22시간 실시
지원기간: 1년
혜택 : 입,출국지원금, 월급료 (180만원~230만원: 개인경력에 따라 차등), 정착금 및 숙소제공, 왕복항공권, 한국문화체험등

TaLK PROGRAM
" TEACH AND LEARN IN KOREA "
The Korean Ministry of Education invites qualified undergraduate or graduate students who teach and learn in Korea.
Selected scholars will receive Korean government scholarships and teach English in after-school classes of Korean elementary schools while enjoying cultural experience programs during their leisure time with either a six-month or one-year contract.
BENEFITS
-Scholarship of 1.5 million KRW per month(approximately $1,200 - $1,600)
-Free housing, round-trip air ticket, medical insurance, and etc
ELIGIBILITY
-Citizen of a country where English is the primary language
An ethnic Korean with legal residency is eligible
-An undergraduate student with two or more years of university education, or a college/university graduate
An ethnic Korean who is in the 1st or 2nd year of college is eligible
Korean fluency is not required
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
-TaLK application form including a personal essay with self-medical assessment
-Two sealed recommendation letters & two sealed transcripts
-Original criminal record check (National level with the apostille)
-A copy of passport photo page, and etc
CONTRACT TERM
-Six months : Starting each year on Feb & August
-One-year : Starting each year on Feb & August
APPICATION PROCEDURE
-Online application (www.talk.go.kr)→ Submission of required documents (hard copies and originals)
APPLICATION DEADLINE : June & November each year
EPIK PROGRAM
" ENGLISH PROGRAM IN KOREA "
The Korean Ministry of Education is seeking adventurous and enthusiastic native English speakers who are motivated to work as guest English teachers in elementary and secondary level of public schools in Korea.
BENEFITS
-Monthly Salary : 1.8~2.7 Million KRW(approximately 1,600~2,500 in USD)
-Free furnished housing, 1.3 Million KRW entry allowance and 1.3 Million KRW exit allowance, medical insurance, 300,000 KRW settlement allowance, national pension plan, severance payment, Korean tax exempt, paid vacation, and etc.
ELIGIBILITY
-Citizen of a country where English is the primary language
-Bachelor's degree in any major (Korean fluency is not required)
Korean fluency is not required
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
-EPIK application form including personal essay
-A lesson plan(only Seoul placement)
-Two recommendation letters
-Original criminal record check (National level with the apostille)
-A copy of diploma(with the original apostille)
-Two officially sealed transcripts
-A copy of passport photo page
-Other certificate applicable(TEFL/TESL or teacher certificate)
CONTRACT TERM
-One-year: Starting each year on late Feb & August
PROCEDURE
-EPIK application form (www.ieijobs.com)→ Submission of required documents→Contract is mailed→E2 visa application→Entry to Korea for the Orientation→Contract term is starting
APPLICATION PERIOD :
At least 4-5 month in advance before each actual contract term; year-round registration is possible through IEI
After final interview the contract issuance process is starting first-come first-serve basis of required documents;
